How to download a detailed statistics report?

In the "supervisor" role, accessible from your Domoscio platform, you can download detailed statistics on your experiences.

This article includes the following sections:

 

> Downloading the Statistics Report

You can download your global statistics report for an experience in the supervisor role by clicking on the download button located to the right of the available filters. It will be sent to you by email in just a few minutes. The download can be performed in the 3 available tabs (Progression, Engagement, and Utilization). It should be noted that it is the same export in all 3 tabs.

The global statistics report of your experience is presented in 3 .xlsx files as follows:

1. Domoscio Lock - name of your experience - Themes

In this section, you will find the following data by theme (one theme per tab):

  • UID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Entity
  • Experience
  • Theme
  • Status
  • Started theme (true/false)
  • Theme start date
  • Date of last review
  • Level reached
  • Number of questions answered
  • Number of challenges completed
  • Percentage of correct answers
  • Time spent (sec)
  • Number of pending reviews
  • Number of late reviews
  • Number of review sessions

2. Domoscio Lock - name of your experience - Reminders

In this section, you will find the following data:

  • UID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Entity
  • Experience
  • Theme
  • Concept
  • Question title
  • Answer date
  • Result (true/false)
  • Level reached
  • Late (true/false)
  • Time spent (sec)

3. Domoscio Lock - name of your experience - Experience

In this section, you will find the following data:

  • UID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Entity
  • Experience
  • Status
  • Started experience (true/false)
  • Subscription date
  • Level reached
  • Number of questions answered
  • Number of challenges completed
  • Date of first review
  • Date of last review
  • Percentage of correct answers
  • Time spent (sec)
  • Number of pending reviews
  • Number of late reviews
  • Number of review sessions

 

> Download Frequency

You can download your statistics export every 4 hours after each download. This means that after downloading the data once, you will need to wait 4 hours before being able to download it again.
