To access the Resources Library configuration, click on "Parameters" then "Catalog".
You can uncheck the box Activate resource library to remove access to the Resource Library for users other than administrators and designers.
Managing access to the library’s documents is then defined on a document-by-document basis, specifying:
- Whether the document is visible or invisible:
If a document is added to the Resource Library with invisible status, it means that it will not be visible to any user except administrators of the parent platform and the designers. - If the document is visible, the audience must be specified by defining the groups that will have access to the document (see screenshot below).
- Whether the document can only be viewed on the platform or if it can also be downloaded by learners.
