Definition of variables and correspondence

  • Updated

Dynamic variables correspond to information that varies as soon as a standard document is generated, depending on the corresponding information. For example: the first name of the learner varies from one convention to another depending on the identity of the learner concerned.

In order to modify / integrate them into your email templates or documents, you just have to copy them from the available list, and paste them into the document / email that you want to customize.

You will find these variables when customizing the legal document templates, email templates or even certificate templates.

All the available variables and their correspondence are listed below.
