My Account configuration

By clicking their photo or first name, learners can access their personal account : My Account.

 

Below, the user’s My Account sheet

 

The user’s personal data are presented on 4 tabs:

  • My information, presenting the user’s main data: contact details (first & last name, telephone number., e-mail address, language, etc.) and customized fields that were configured as “visible at registration” in the pre-configuration set up by the Administrators. The user is free to edit the information shown on this tab.
  • My history, listing the course and learning paths the learner is currently taking (“in progress”) and those “completed”
  • My legal documents, giving access to the learner’s legal documents, with a built-in search tool
  • My notification, allows you to deactivate the Rise Up Academy thumbnail appearing on the Administrators and Designers dashboard. To deactivate it, check the Hide Rise Up Academy box in my dashboard.
    By default, the insert to Rise Up Academy appears below the picture of the user at the top left of the dashboard. This is displayed only for Administrators, Partner Administrators and Designers (see visual below).
    Rise Up Academy give access to information such as tutorials and short courses on the new features on Rise Up.

 

  • Security, enabling learners firstly to change their password and secondly to access their QR code for quick access to the mobile app for their course platform.
