The Helpdesk cookie becomes optional
If you wish to limit the tracking of your users to a minimum, it is now possible to deactivate the cookie giving access to our Help Center and to our support, for admins and designers.
By default, this cookie is enabled on the platform but admins and designers can choose to disable it on their accounts. If they choose to disable the cookie the support widget will no longer be available.

Profile Menu > Cookies and Security > Cookies Settings > Third party cookies > Zendesk cookie
Cookies technical name
For the cookies available on the platform we added their technical name as well as their purpose in order to help users identify which cookies are being used on their browsers.

The descriptions for Zendesk, Paypal and External cookies have been updated.
