Prerequisites
Administrator access to the Rise Up platform.
Permissions to manage Training corrections.
Accessing the Correction
Go to the side menu and select 'Trainings', choose 'Pending Corrections' from the list.
Locate your current corrections highlighted in yellow, open the correction window by clicking on the pencil icon .
Correcting the Learner's Response
Review the user's response: Carefully read the user's response to understand their perspective.
Enter the corrected response: In the 'Corrected Response' section, type the exact and complete information.
Provide feedback: In the 'Comment' section, offer constructive feedback explaining why the initial response was incorrect and how the corrected response improves it. Naturally, this feedback should be positive and aimed at improving the user's learning.
Submit the correction: Click the 'Correct' button to submit your corrections.
Reopen the question if necessary: If needed, click 'Reopen the question' to allow another attempt.
Review Specific Attempts
From your 'Trainings' menu, click on the gear icon to access detailed statistics, checking each progress step on your learners' record.
By focusing on the detailed results pages — like those of Helmine Neuman in the example below — you not only enrich the learning experience of each student but also the educational environment as a whole, allowing administrators to make informed and effective decisions.

Issue: The ‘View Correction’ button is not visible.
Solution: Make sure you have completed the necessary steps. Refresh the page or log out and log back in if the problem persists.
Issue: Impossible to see specific attempts.
Solution: Ensure that you select the correct course and quiz/exam. Contact Rise Up support if problems persist. -
Can I see corrections for all my attempts?
- Yes, by selecting “View all my attempts,” you can access corrections for each specific attempt.
Is it possible to print the correction page?
