Access the Data Lab
Access the main dashboard and locate the side menu , click on 'Data Lab' to access data-driven insights.
Select from the available reports the one you want from the following:

Interpret Report Data
The Data Lab reports allow for very precise filtering and segmentation of views, thanks to relevant tabs that isolate each piece of information. Additionally, you can save customized dashboard views as PDF files, CSV/Excel for offline access.
1 Platform Activity
Analyze indicators such as user logins and engagement levels.
2 Learner Performance
Examine learner progress and performance.
3 Content Performance
Evaluate the effectiveness of the educational content provided.
4 Community Activity
This section of the Datalab allows you to track and analyze activity within your community. You can see the total number of boards created as well as user engagement in terms of posts and reactions. The detailed view provides specific information by board category, discussion, number of messages, and user interactions. With these data, you can better understand how your community interacts with the content offered.
Report Visibility and Permissions
You must have an account on Rise Up with the appropriate access rights (Administrator, Partner Administrator, Designer, or Group Manager).
If a user holds 2 roles, Administrator and Group Manager for example, the permissions of the most important role/function will be retained.
Authorization level: Administrator; Partner Administrator; Group Manager; Designer/Facilitator (role & function)/Author/Editor

Problem: Data does not refresh as expected.
Solution: Ensure refresh settings are set to 'hourly'. Check network connections if issues persist.
Problem: Filters do not apply correctly.
Solution: Check filter settings and reset if necessary. -
