Rise Up vs Rise Up Enterprise: Which Edition Fits Your Growth?

  • Updated

Prerequisites Availability of editions and features depends on your contract and the size of your organisation.

Why Rise Up?

  1. Tailored functional scope: Benefit from a set of essential, high-impact modules for quick adoption and a reduced time-to-value.
  2. User experience preserved: You benefit from a standard SLA and full access to the Help Centre — the support level remains optimal.
  3. Operational efficiency: A lighter scope so you can focus on what matters most.
  4. Clear evolution path: If your needs change, switching to Enterprise requires no data migration or retraining — simply unlock new modules.

Rise Up vs Enterprise

  • Branding in Rise Up: Benefit from a co-branded model ("Rise Up logo + your logo") without CSS customisation. The provider remains visible (e.g., login, mobile).
  • Mobile app: Your logo can be added; however, the Rise Up brand remains visible.
  • Available languages: Basic set of languages (FR, EN, DE, ES, NL, PT).
  • Features not available in Rise Up: Marketplace, CSS customisation, Webhooks; inbound Teams/Salesforce integrations unavailable (a warning is displayed if you try to connect).
  • Features included in both editions: AI, LTI, API, SSO (currently), Support, Rise Up Academy.

Rise Up is aimed at 100–500 learners (to be revalidated by Arnaud). Enterprise is designed for 500+ learners and organisations with advanced governance and integration needs.

Good to know
Branding vs White label: Branding applies your visual identity but may still display the provider (for example, "Powered by Rise Up"). White label removes all references to the provider (UI, emails, URL) — available only with Enterprise.
Evolution path: Moving from Rise Up to Enterprise simply unlocks new modules: no data migration or user retraining is required.

How to choose your edition?

  • Choose Rise Up if you have 100–500 users, need core LMS + SSO/API/LTI, and if basic branding is sufficient.
  • Choose Enterprise if you have 500+ users and wish to benefit from white label + CSS, sub-platforms, Marketplace/Webhooks and Monetisation + Engage included.
  • Undecided? Start with Rise Up and upgrade your platform later: simply unlock modules as needed.
