Learning Paths: Multilingual Management and Translation

  • Updated

Prerequisite: Admin or Designer rights
To access translation management, you must have the admin or designer role on the Rise Up platform.

Key Benefits:

  1. Centralisation — Manage all languages and translations for a learning path in one place, with progress tracking.
  2. Automation — Instantly translate all of a learning path’s content in just a few clicks.
  3. Flexibility — Add, edit or delete languages at any time, and translate only what is needed.

Add and Manage Translation Languages

To make a learning path available in multiple languages, start by adding the required languages in the “Manage Translations” section. You can then track translation progress for each language.

  • Add a language: Learning path > Manage learning path > Manage translations > Add a language. Select the target language from the list.

Track Progress and Automate Translations

See real-time translation progress for each language added. You can launch automatic translation for all content in a learning path in one click, or manage each item individually.

Practical Steps for Managing Translations

  • A learning path must already be created on the platform.
  • Access translation management via the learning path’s “quick actions” menu.
  1. Open translation management
From the list of learning paths, click the options () then “Manage translations”.
