Prerequisites The Help menu is accessible to Administrators and Designers only.
It is available from the top navigation bar of the platform.

The Help menu centralises all support and product resources in a single, easily accessible location.

It allows administrators and designers to quickly access assistance, monitor system status, explore documentation and stay informed about product updates.

The Help menu provides access to:

I — Access the Help Menu

The Help menu is available at any time from the platform header.

  • Click the Help icon (❓) in the top navigation bar
  • Open the dropdown menu to access all available options

II — Contact Support

The Help menu allows you to contact support directly from the platform.

  1. Open the Help menu
  2. Click Contact support
  3. Enter your request in the chat window
  4. Submit your message

Good to know
If needed, your request can be escalated to a support agent.

You can verify platform availability directly from the Help menu.

  1. Open the Help menu
  2. Click Check system status
  3. View uptime and recent incidents

This helps determine whether an issue is related to the platform or to a local configuration.

  2. Click Browse help center
  3. Search or navigate through available articles

FAQ & Troubleshooting

  • Issue: The Help menu is not visible in the top navigation bar.
    Solution: The Help menu is only available to users with the Administrator or Designer role. Contact your platform administrator to verify your role assignment.

    Issue: Clicking Contact support does not open a chat window.
    Solution: This is typically caused by a browser pop-up blocker or ad-blocking extension. Disable these for your platform domain, reload the page, and try again.

    Issue: The system status page does not load.
    Solution: The status page is hosted on an external service. Check your internet connection and confirm the status URL is not blocked by your organisation's network or firewall.
  • Who can access the Help menu?
