How can I check my learners' engagement?

In the "Engagement" tab, accessible within the Supervisor role statistics, you have access to the engagement data of your learners (overall engagement and detailed by learner).

This article includes the following sections:

> Filtering Statistics

You can filter statistics by:

  • Entity(s): including specific statistics of an entity and its learners. A supervisor will only have access to the statistics of entities they supervise, as determined by the Administrator.
  • Experience: including specific statistics of an experience and its learners.
  • Theme: including specific statistics for all themes of an experience or only one theme and its learners.
  • Enrollment date in the experience: including statistics of learners over a given period based on the enrollment date.

> Overall Experience Engagement Statistics

  1. Overall Statistics

If you choose to consult the statistics for the overall experience (all themes), the available data is as follows:

  • Number of enrolled learners: in the case of SCORM usage, a learner is considered enrolled from the moment they launch the SCORM on their LMS.
  • Number of anchoring sessions: average number of recall sessions conducted by learners.
  • Number of questions answered: average number of questions answered by learners.
  • Time spent: average time spent answering recalls.
  • Percentage of up-to-date learners: percentage of learners with no pending recalls to date.
  • Percentage of learners with recalls due: percentage of learners with one or more recalls to do.
  • Percentage of learners with overdue recalls: percentage of learners with recalls to do for over 48 hours.
  • Percentage of started themes: percentage of themes for which at least one recall has been done.
  • Number of proposed challenges: number of challenges proposed during the experience.
  • Percentage of challenges accepted by learners: percentage of challenges accepted by learners during the experience.
  • Percentage of learners with ongoing challenges: percentage of learners with challenges currently in progress - learners have 7 days to complete a challenge after accepting it.
  1. Statistics by Learner

Detailed statistics are also available per learner, including:

  • UID, name, and first name of the learner.
  • Entity (if existing).
  • Status (up-to-date, has recalls to do today, has overdue recalls).
  • Number of anchoring sessions.
  • Number of questions answered.
  • Percentage of started themes.
  • Number of ongoing challenges.
  • Number of proposed challenges.
  • Number of accepted challenges.
  • Time spent.

> Statistics for a Theme of the Experience

  1. Overall Statistics

If you choose to consult the statistics for a single theme of an experience (all themes), the available data is as follows:

  • Number of enrolled learners.
  • Number of anchoring sessions: average number of recall sessions conducted by learners.
  • Number of questions answered: average number of questions answered by learners.
  • Time spent: average time spent answering recalls.
  • Percentage of up-to-date learners: percentage of learners with no pending recalls to date.
  • Percentage of learners with recalls due: percentage of learners with one or more recalls to do.
  • Percentage of learners with overdue recalls: percentage of learners with recalls to do for over 48 hours.
  • Number of proposed challenges: number of challenges proposed during the experience.
  • Percentage of challenges accepted by learners: percentage of challenges accepted by learners during the experience.

> Export Statistics

You can download the learner statistics tables in CSV format by clicking the export button.

> Convert a CSV to XLSX

To convert your CSV file to XLSX format, several methods exist. Below is one of them:

  1. Open your CSV file.
  2. Select the first column of your file.
  3. Click on "Data" and then "Convert."
  4. Select "Delimited."
  5. Choose "Tab" and "Comma."
  6. Select "Standard."
  7. Click "Finish." Note: The indicators mentioned above may vary depending on the configuration of your experience (number of positions per theme).
