How do my learners use the Lock tool?

In the "Usage" tab, accessible in the statistics of the Supervisor role, you have access to data regarding the usage of your learners (overall and detailed by learners).

This article includes the following sections:

> Filtering Statistics

You can filter statistics by:

  • Entity(s): including specific statistics of an entity and its learners. A supervisor will only have access to the statistics of entities they supervise, as determined by the Administrator.
  • Experience: including specific statistics of an experience and its learners.
  • Enrollment date in the experience: including statistics of learners over a given period based on the enrollment date.

> Tool Usage Statistics

  1. Overall Statistics

Data available at the experience level includes:

  • Number of enrolled learners: in the case of SCORM usage, a learner is considered enrolled from the moment they launch the SCORM on their LMS.
  • Number of recalls made: total number of recalls made by all learners. Graphs illustrate these two indicators to allow you to visualize tool usage over the last few months.
  • Mobile application usage: percentage of learners using the Lock mobile application.
  • Recalls made: percentage of recalls made on a computer or mobile device.
  1. Statistics by Learner

These details are also available per learner, including:

  • UID, name, and first name of the learner.
  • Number of started themes.
  • Number of questions answered.
  • Number of challenges succeeded.
  • Activity over the month (last 30 days).
  • Date of the last activity.

> Export Statistics

You can download learner-specific statistics tables in CSV format by clicking the export button.

> Convert a CSV to XLSX

To convert your CSV file to XSLX, several methods exist. Below is one of them:

  1. Open your CSV file.
  2. Select the first column of your file.
  3. Click on "Data" and then "Convert."
  4. Select "Delimited."
  5. Choose "Tab" and "Comma."
  6. Select "Standard."
  7. Click "Finish."
