In the "Engagement" tab, accessible from the Supervisor role statistics, you have access to the engagement of your learners (overall engagement and detailed by learner).

You can filter statistics by:
- Entity(s): including specific statistics of an entity and its learners. A supervisor will only have access to the statistics of entities they supervise, as determined by the Administrator.
- Experience: including specific statistics of an experience and its learners.
- Theme: including specific statistics for all themes of an experience or only one theme and its learners.
- Enrollment date in the experience: including statistics of learners over a given period based on the enrollment date.
> Overall Experience Engagement Statistics
If you choose to view overall experience statistics (all themes), the available data will be as follows:
- Number of enrolled learners: in the case of SCORM usage, a learner is considered enrolled from the moment they launch the SCORM on their LMS.
- Percentage of learners who completed the initial questionnaire: percentage of learners who completed the first questionnaire of the experience.
- Percentage of learners who consulted at least one recommendation: percentage of learners who received recommendations and clicked on at least one of them (only learners who received at least one recommendation are counted).
- Percentage of clicked recommendations: number of recommendations clicked compared to the recommendations proposed by the tool.
- Percentage of learners who completed the experience: percentage of learners with no pending actions, whether it be a questionnaire to complete or a resource to follow.
Statistics are also available per learner, including:
- UID, name, and first name of the learner
- State (up-to-date, with pending elements - questionnaire and/or resources - has not done a questionnaire)
- Number of themes started in the experience
- Number of themes completed in the experience
- Number of clicked recommendations
- Number of completed questionnaires
> Statistics for a Theme of the Experience
If you choose to view statistics for a single theme of an experience, the available data will be as follows:
- Number of enrolled learners
- Percentage of learners who completed the initial questionnaire
- Percentage of learners who consulted at least one recommendation
- Percentage of clicked recommendations
- Percentage of learners who completed the theme
Statistics are also available per learner, including:
- UID, name, and first name of the learner
- State (up-to-date, with pending elements - questionnaire and/or resources - has not done a questionnaire)
- Number of clicked recommendations
- Number of completed questionnaires (dependent on the experience configuration)
You can download the learner statistics tables in CSV format by clicking the export button.
> Convert a CSV to XLSX
To convert your CSV file to XLSX format, several methods exist. Below is one of them:
- Open your CSV file.
- Select the first column of your file.
- Click on "Data" and then "Convert."
- Select "Delimited."
- Choose "Tab" and "Comma."
- Select "Standard."
- Click "Finish."
Note: The indicators mentioned above may vary depending on the configuration of your experience (number of positionings per theme).
