Understanding Your Navigation by Role and Function

In this section, we will explain how the platform manages your default homepage according to your multiple roles and functions.

Explanations to better guide you:

  1. Your Homepages by Role and Function:
    • You can have both a role, like learner or designer, and a function, such as group manager, on our platform.
    • Each role or function has its own specific homepage, designed to meet your particular needs.
  2. Access Based on Permissions:
    • Learners: If they have access to 'Group Management,' they will see this option along with 'Follow-up for My Courses.' Their main view will focus on their learner role, with group management appearing according to the priority of the permissions at the top of the menu.
    • Administrators and Designers, Facilitators, etc.: They land directly on their respective roles. Group management and other features are displayed according to the order of their permissions.
  3. How to Access Other Homepages:
    • You can easily access other homepages, such as the learner's one, via a dropdown menu. Be attentive to this option, as it may not be immediately visible. Here are some examples of different Homepages.
