Content Structure on Rise Up
The Learning Path
The learning path is the overall framework for organizing content on Rise Up, bringing together several complementary courses aimed at a common educational goal. To create a learning path, you first need to create the individual courses that will compose it. However, it is not necessary for a course to be included in a path if you want to create occasional training on certain short-term topics.
The Course
The course is the central element of the Rise Up model, aiming at the acquisition of skills and knowledge, it generally consists of several modules.
The Module
A module represents a learning modality, which can be:
E-learning: Composed of steps (videos, documents, quizzes, etc.) that the learner must complete.
In-person: Composed of sessions defined by a date and a place, a single session being sufficient to complete the module.
Creating Courses
Navigation: Use the left side menu , select 'Courses', and click on 'Create'.
Mandatory Information
Title: engaging and descriptive, targeting the essential content of your training.
Scopes: determine if the course is multi-scope or anonymous, below is a brief description of the differences between scopes.
What are Scopes?
Scopes are essentially the boundaries that define the reach and extent of your training sessions. They help you control who can access the training and how it is deployed. Here is how you can use them:
1 Choose Your General Scope
Multi-scopes: This option allows you to configure multiple focus areas (internal/external), making your training adaptable to different segments within your organization. It is ideal for meeting varied learning needs.
Anonymous: Perfect for scenarios like recruitment tests, this option allows you to create unique and anonymous sessions outside the main platform, ensuring participant confidentiality.
2 Define Your Scope Limits
Internal: Select this option when your training is intended only for your organization's staff. This ensures that the content remains within your team.
Partner: Select this option to extend your training to include trusted affiliates or external partners, fostering collaboration and shared learning experiences.
Teaching Time: Information necessary for course validation.
Creators: Indicate all the people who will create and edit the course.
Image and Banners: This option is mandatory as it will be the showcase of your training, a visual is both a source of inspiration and a preview of the targeted content.
Create a new skill

Fill in the skill details
Skill Name: Enter the skill name, for example 'Time management'.
Description: Provide a detailed description of the skill to explain its importance and application.
Themes: Associate the skill with one or more relevant themes, such as 'Management'.
Benefits for Administrators

Skill Tracking: This allows tracking the evolution of learners' skills and identifying areas needing improvement.
Engagement Improvement: Clearly defined skills help learners understand their training objectives, which can increase their engagement and motivation.
Targeted Assessment: Allows setting up specific assessments to measure learners' skill acquisition.
